It has been quite frustration trying to install Symantec Anti Virus for Linux (SAVFL), as there are many distribution and kernels available, Symantec could only support a limited number of distribution and kernels.
Hopefully this blog will help Linux administrator both new and experience to get SAVFL running in their environment.
The plan in the coming weeks is to post information on getting SAVFL started and include compiled Auto Protect module which administrators have problem getting it.
